Great idea for a collage! I just took my camera for a walk around the neighboorhood until I saw something pretty.

ReplyDeleteTry allowing some of the work to go outside of the margins. The best way to tell a story is by what you leave out than what you include. Expand the selections to go beyond. Lead the viewer beyond the edges to imagine what lies beyond the edges.
Make some more!
I have a suggestion- you have a balance between "random stuff" and "green and your nephew". Maybe mix them up? right now they feel like they are split down the middle of the collage... Id love to see it mixed!
ReplyDeleteI like the pictures you chose, they look really good in the collage. I like the background you picked and how it brings out some of the same color in your flower and random pictures.
ReplyDeleteI really like the sculpture shot! Leaving it partially obscured by the frame of the shot makes it an extremely engaging image. I also really like your use of multiple textures - if I can't necessarily identify the object it's really nice.
